Lauca fly with Lan

Ideal with all kinds of red meats, pâté, lamb and game. It’s a good wine to serve next to spicy sauces, strong condiments, or with dishes that include this variety in their cooking (Boeuf Bourguignon is the ultimate example). When pairing it with cheeses, select dry and/or strong-flavoured versions along the lines of Brie, Gorgonzola, Camembert or Cheddar.
